Re: Move Black Bars to Bottom?
You can remove them completely with a tool like handbrake, which will crop them off, but... Your projector will put them back on when it displays the video, because your display is not the same aspect ratio. Is there a hand brake script to put the bars at the bottom? Probably wrong place to ask rig...

Move Black Bars to Bottom?
My theater has a bit of a problem with low ceilings. Watching movies and using the back row requires tilting the PJ up so that the image fills the top of the screen. This of course requires the use of keystoning which makes the picture worse. What I would like to do is project the 2.35 wide image at...

Re: "Navigation Error"
I'd start with waxing the disk. Spray it with Pledge furniture polish, rub it in with a clean finger until it gets kind of pasty, then polish it with a soft cotton cloth to dry it off. Try ripping it. For resurfacing, I'd go with someone who knows how to do it and has the right equipment, i.e., a D...

Re: "Navigation Error"
It depends on what is causing the navigation error. Follow the FAQ in my signature and post the debug log for the scan of the disk in a reply here, and maybe we can figure out what the cause is. No need to bother with an attachment; just copy/paste the text from the log file into the message body. ...

"Navigation Error"
I have a disc that is failing to read one title due to a "navigation error" - but if I pull up the disc in a DVD player it works just fine.
Is there any way to force MAKE MKV to read and rip that title?

Re: P90X3 - DVD # 2 does not want to be ripped - help
I've worked out what I think is a foolproof* way to rip these DVDs using MakeMKV and then turning them into mp4 using handbrake. 2. Open the disc in MakeMKV with the manual checkbox checked. It gives you a window with the list of titles and a text field below. We just need a list of the title numbe...

Re: Monsters University won't begin rip
I had an issue with this disc last night kept throwing audio errors at my AVR from my WDTV - I'm going to chalk it up to a bad rip (maybe a dirty disc?)

Re: Feature Request - File Split by Chapter
MKV split by chapters Here is a little batch script for the windows command processor . Copy the code in your text editor and save it as 'SplitMKV.CMD' in your MKVToolNix program folder. The script can handle up to 400 chapters in a single MKV file (XP or better). It will search & find all the ...

How to Rip Chapters?
I apologize for being exceptionally stupid - is there a way to rip a single chapter of a blu-ray using MakeMKV?
Or is there a way to rip from time X to time Y
