I assumed that would be the case.

Isn't there a setting in preferences that allows the system to store the error log somewhere? I could not locate that so the best I could have done would be to copy and paste from the screen.

If I can set it up so it will capture the log I can then post again.

I am on my 2nd copy of this disc and still will not rip. I have used three different drives (ASUS and two different model number LG's which have all worked previously) and nothing works. The other 2 discs in the set rip without incident.

Any ideas?

I am having the same issue. I can see the key file contains the code for this movie but the message say there is no code for it.

I guess I will wait and try again in a few weeks.

Hello, I ripped the Dolby Atmos Demo Disc. All small titles. Nothing special, no errors. All lossless viewing. I now have two titles (Horizon and Encounter for the ones that know the disc) that are stopping when playing. If I then switch to the 5.1 sound and back to the 7.1 sound everything is well...

Should MakeMKV be able to rip DVD-A discs? I tried and got the following error:

My first LG drive had the version 1.01. I ordered an additional drive and it has 1.02. Will that work ripping 4K movies? Or do I need to downgrade firmware?
