Re: Mission Impossible 2

Hey did you submit the dump file for Rogue Nation? I won't do it if it's already been sent... That’s not how this process works. AACS LA and studios can implement dozens and if they ever wish to hundreds of different encryption keys for any one particular release. There is hardly ever one single ke...

Not going in circles. I was thinking he was trying to tell me on the fly unofficial playback is possible Then I suggest you read this entire thread as a starting point: https://www.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=19697 As more than one option is discussed/mentioned there. It may be helpf...

Re: Weird problem with my drive, please help

Unofficial UHD playback is a thing? How so? Please enlighten me. Everything I searched online points that it's basically impossible. You yourself are already doing “unofficial” playback of UHD content as discussed in this thread: https://www.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=23427 Which yo...

Re: Running a 4K disc after ripped

First, universally not all current software players support Blu-ray menus. The playback application being used has to support BD menus in order to play them. You have to look into whether the app(s) you are using support it or not. This is the MakeMKV support forum and this app is obviously not a vi...

Re: Mission Impossible 2

If it’s a missing key then posting the .tgz files in the forums does no one any good. These .tgz files differ from error log files in certain ways. This is because only Mike (owner/developer of MakeMKV) can do something with these files in order to add support for the discs. I see you’ve previously ...

Yes, people have backed this one up already. Forum members would need more information from you to be able to better advise. Simply saying “it does not work” does not give the forum much to go on. Help us help you. Are you receiving any specific error(s)? Any error logs available? If so, can you ple...

Re: MakeMKV Feature Request/Suggestion Thread

You are asking for universal “on the fly”/“real time” decryption. Which has been discussed hundreds of times going back at least 10 years now. With responses from Mike himself regarding the issue from time to time. Example: https://www.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=19697&hilit=On+th...

Re: Thank You!

Since the DRM is insane, totally denying those of us on AMD to play 4K UHD discs that we bought, and apparently the movie industry doesn't want my money since they haven't made any programs to allow it in turn, making me not want to buy 4K UHD movies, I'm happy to hand it to whoever made the MakeMK...

Re: Question about a drive I bought

Two sides to this: —The “honest way” has been a widely discussed topic across the webs for a couple of years: https://www.google.com/search?q=intel%20SGX%20UHD%20%20requirements&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1-m Cyberlink also lists the requirements in their website. —Then the way m...

Re: LibreDrive support in other applications?

Umm... no. Overall Libredrive in MakeMKV helps handle certificate revocation, not decryption . That is what is discussed in that link provided as explained by Mike himself. Two separate things. If you are unsure what that means and what the differences are, this is where Google is your friend, as th...

No rush. I just thought that now would be a good opportunity for you guys to work on the Pioneers as long as ASUS and LG don't appear to be releasing any new hardware or firmware and the latest firmwares for those have been adapted to MK versions. But if I'm wrong about that assumption, I'd be glad...

Your concerns can be addressed here:

No need to spam the forum with multiple posts on the exact same thing. Someone usually will eventually try to respond/reply to your posts if at all possible.
