Re: All main episodes show up as one title/file.

MakeMKV reads them as one 21.4GB title with 28 chapters. Interesting. If you play the Blu-ray, don't you get the option to play the individual episodes? I've never heard of an authored released that didn't provide that option. If so, that means there are 7 playlists corresponding to the episodes. T...

Have looked at the disc contents? Is there really a single M2TS file that is about 40GB?

Re: SlySoft DEAD

A lot of companies offer lifetime licence and later regret it. New product comes out (UHD BD), people with an existing lifetime license expect to get a free update to handle this product. That's not financially viable for the vendor so they shut down, create a new shell corporation and continue wor...

I can't focus on a panning scene for example (it feels like someone taking their fingertips and lightly pushing on my eyelids), that's what hurts my eyes. Remember the movie "Cowboys and Aliens" there's a panning scene of the desert at the beginning, the frame judder is so bad that it mak...

Re: UHD Blu-ray

I got sick of waiting for my Amazon shipment, so I walked into Best Buy and bought "The Martian" 4K UltraHD Blu-ray. You aren't going to be able to back it up, even if you get a drive that will read the disc. The 4K releases have to use AACS 2.0, which has not been busted, yet. The DVDFab...

Another popular request is to not put _ in place of spaces when generating the name... or at least the option to not do that. Keep in mind that on a Unix/Linux system, spaces in directory, and file, names are a no-no. Specifically when a program is operated from a command line. Spaces are command l...

I'm really sensitive to 24 fps judder _ it hurts my eyes and eventually I'll get a headache. I suspect that your eyes do not have an issue, but your brain does. Does this mean you can't watch TV shows either, as all are produced at either 23.976 fps or 25 fps? but it looks like Hollywood ...
