That sounds terrible. Are you sure that you have used 1.5.0 downloaded from this site? May I ask what kind of BD disc it was and how the program failed to handle it, failed to decrypt, failed to recognize the movie or failed in other way?

Please click on preferences, on General tab enable "log debug messages", on IO tab enable "disable direct access" and restart the program. Then copy log messages from lower window and post the log file here.

You may have found a bug. Please see if file extension is ISO (uppercase) and rename it to have iso (lowercase) entension if it is. Please post here if it solves the problem.
