So this is the oddest thing. I only have one log in on this computer and it has admin privlages. If I click on the browse button under Protection "My Computer" is grayed out in the top left corner, and Files Of Type" is "all files (*)", and File Name: is blank. But no files ...

How do I have MakeMKV detect it? Normally I just do a backup with MakeMKV and then use tsmuxer / ripbot264 to rip it.

So I checked and I have Java 7 update 71 installed (it's in the C:Program Files/Java/jre7 directory), but I don't think MakeMKV is finding it. that is where I got mine and that playlist was there. Also does the new version of makemkv detect the correct playlist? I remember that feature was going to be added but I can figure out where it is?

It used to take only ~30 minutes to make an unecrypted backup of a movie, but 10.1.4 is taking me 2-3 hours? Is anyone else seeing this as I haven't changed anything in my setup.

looks like this is fixed now.

I just sent a 2nd dump file that was requested, and they said once they got that it shouldn't be long before it was fixed. Hopefully in the next day or so. I'm getting the same error with my Netflix disc and emailed the dump.tgz file to the email address in the previous post on this thread. Any luck...
