The segment list is correct. Playlist 484 is the first one that I found that is right. Looking again with BDEdit shows that 897 is also correct.Michael4824 wrote:For retail, I'm seeing 509, 511, 515, 501, 510, 503, 513, 502, 508, 504, 505, 507, 506, 512, 514, which is playlist 897. Can anyone confirm?

Disney is known to have different versions of the main movie file for onscreen text and credits. This can be handled the same was as playlist obfuscation is handled by using PowerDVD and Procmon to determine the correct version of the movie to extract. For Disney, all you need is the free BDInfo pr...

Re: First rip attempt with Mac OSX only partially successful
The raw frame size of a DVD is 720x480. If you get a DVD with "wide screen format", it will be 720x480 with letterbox bars added. Not necessarily true. With older DVDs, they indeed added letterbox bars. But, for DVDs that are enhanced for widescreen TVs, the 720x480 video is anamorphic. I...

Re: Gods of Egypt - about 100 titles showing
Very easy to find the right .mpls file on USA Blu-Ray ! I downloaded a DVD Rip .avi file to get the right chapters playlist. The chapter playlist will not match the MPLS lists. They are unrelated. On blu-ray, first .m2ts file was common to all 100 playlists ans lasted 4 minutes. Then, only five on ...

You must not buy (whatever) many Universal/Lionsgate Blu-ray discs. They've been doing this for quite a while now.sergio31 wrote:What's this mess ?

Not everyone has, or wants, PowerDVD on their systems.taylorwmj wrote:That'll be a big one so we don't have a whole bunch of lazy fools asking "which playlist" instead of using PowerDVD with procmon to figure it out themselves.

Re: MKV player has no transport controls
Thanks again... I downloaded the latest VLC player which is said to open MKV files. It wouldn't play the MKV file, only showed the cover photo, as did Free MKV Player. MKV is a wrapper. It is the audio codec that is causing issues. I've yet to read a posting from you that says what it is. The MKV f...

For this disc, players want to play 510.mpls. So, when dealing with this, copying 320 to 510 will fix that.tlnielsen5 wrote:I have filename 00320.mpls as the correct one. With the following segment map: 510, 519, 512, 515, 516, 509, 504, 511, 505, 502, 518, 514, 507, 503, 501.

I've never saved a file in M$ using notepad, or wordpad (or any program), with quotes. I just enter whatever filename I want, without quotes. It might be that M$ strips the quotes before actually saving the file.

Anyway I can help with the cracking process? Not really. Those groups that take on this kind of stuff are already at it. Keep in mind that the encryption is never broken. What is really done is getting the process of encryption/decryption figured out so that the process is defeated, allowing the pr...

Thanks MrVideo. Created the iso image successfully but with errors: http://i.imgur.com/0Xge0bo.jpg Intersting. ImgBurn usually shows which sector of the disc it is trying to read. At least it does for me. From what I could see, it was able to get through the read issues. You need to use the file th...
