Yeah I was about to post the same thing. When you look at MPC stats you can see the stereo codec but the headline codec is still AVC not MVC. I've downgraded back to 1.15.1

The only way to get DV to play via Plex on the Nvidia Shield 2019 is to use DVDFab UHD Ripper which is worth it. I'm beginning to think that it might have been my antivirus software which seems to run a little differently on my Admin account than it does on my non Admin one.

I have read the forum pages and apparently there is a patch but what I don't know is if I need it. If I do then I am not able to patch my drive because it is connected via USB/SATA.
