Re: UHD support

Wrong. I provided over 200 titles to Mike and he has created hashed keys for all of them. These were absolutely created by Mike. I was holding off buying certain cheaper releases since I needed some specific versions previously to decrypt but this news means I probably can purchase the one I origin...

Re: I can see the files to The Dark Knight UHD disc, keydb.c

Just a follow-up @gleep52: within the last day MakeMKV announced a new MakeMKV-native UHD decryption key list, which happens to feature two versions of the The Dark Knight among the currently supported titles. Unsure if it's the exact version you have but they've mentioned (in the same link above) u...

Re: I can see the files to The Dark Knight UHD disc, keydb.c

So is there a list of JUST UHD discs so I can buy one for my testing purposes of ripping and playback methods throughout our house? Shame - I really was looking forward to The Dark Knight in 4K. :( Relight created a dedicated topic with a standalone zip of just UHD keys here , as the optional downl...

Re: I can see the files to The Dark Knight UHD disc, keydb.c

There's a user named Relight on doom9.org who compiled an archive of leaked keys, however they added non-UHD keys above the much shorter list of UHD keys at the very bottom of the text file. Possibly this was because they wanted an archive of all keys posted in that thread prior, which were nearly a...

Re: Asus BW-16D1HT Firmware

Do we know what the average ripping speeds of the Asus BW-16D1HT are vs the LG BH16NS55 with its firmware cross-flashed with the Asus'? Teddy's speeds sound promising with his results and wondered how it compares to the original drive's speeds.

Re: UHD drives

Cross-posting in this topic since it may be more relevant: Does anyone know whether the BW-16D1HT-PRO (alternatively listed as BW-16D1HT PRO ) model is equivalent in its UHD reading ability and firmware? It appears to be a model made for the Australasia regions but can't find any info regarding the ...

Re: UHD support

Was searching around but couldn't find a clear explanation of how the 'Highest AACS version' detected that I'd seen posted around affects drives. Read on this board in an older topic that Blu-Ray discs contain a list of revoked decryption keys that after being read by the drive will cause it to not ...
