Getting the "Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed" error today when trying to rip the new 4K version of 2012. Haven't changed any network settings since the last download. Using Google DNS.
Same issue here, different disc though. I've had no issues with this in the past.
Getting this error once again.

It's possible the download host isn't on line for a bit; there have been several times this year where routes to it have been broken.

I'm having the same issue.

No network changes since last download and DNS servers set to Google.

I'm glad I finally found this post, I've been debugging this for an hour thinking it was just on my end.

I'm a little lost on the thread. If the server can't be reached, does the disc still decrypt? I get the error message, but it appears to rip ok. Is there something I'm missing?

If the server cannot be reached, you cannot decode UHD disks newer than the last copy you were able to download.

Example: You got the key file on 2 Feb, but you want to rip a disk that was released of 8 Feb. It will probably fail with the "no key".

But if the disk was released in January, you will probably be able to decrypt it with the copy of the key data you got on 2 Feb.

Got it! Appreciate the explanation.
