"Skiped due to navigation error"

Hi
I have used this great program to rip all my dvds to my hard drive, everyone bar one, Spiderman, and it's really annoying! It's the original dvd (not bluray), i'm running the latest version of mkv, i've cleaned the disc, but to no avail, i keep getting "skipped due to navigation error" on the main title, everything else rips ok on the disc.
Please can someone help.

I have some other Columbia Tristar DVDs that have the exact same issue (eg. Dracula Superbit)
