Tonight I booted up makeMKV and it told me the key expired and been removed, no problem. I check the forums and put that key in. Thanks me for it and says to restart the program, sure. Restart it and it tells me the license key has expired and it's been removed, and when I hit ok it tells me the version I'm using is out of date (1.14.1) and to download the latest (1.14.1) from the website.

What's going on?

The current beta key expired. Mike has not updated it yet, probably because he's expecting to release a new version shortly.

In the mean time, you can set your system DATE back to a date prior to the expiration (25 November should work fine), start MakeMKV, then reset your date to current. MakeMKV only checks for expiration on start-up.

Alternatively, permanent keys don't expire....
