Hash check errors

Hey everyone,
I've been getting hash check errors when ripping UHD drives, it's very similar what Mike has reported here viewtopic.php?f=8&t=18833, in that it tends to get to 99% complete before bombing out, however I'm creating MKV rather than disk backup.
Grauhaar suggested that I created a log file when getting the problem and posting here for help, so here's the log file and me asking for help.
