I purchased MakeMKV about a month ago. It works great. The PC I had it on crashed. I have a new one. What are the odds I can get you to allow me to install it on the new PC without buying it again...???

If you lost the original email from 2co.com, email your information to support@makemkv.com and Mike can take care of it.

That sort of support isn't done via the forum, for privacy reasons.
