Toy story 4 3d blu ray rips to 2d

Hey guys I need help. I am trying to rip toy story 4 3d blu ray iso to mkv. I did it with both fabdvd and makemkv both give me 2d mkv. When using fab it recognises it as 3d when using other 3d formats in fab I can get 3d but it is compressed and the audio is aac when using 3d mkv passthrough it gives me the dts hd ma but no 3d video. In makemkv when I open it gives me 3 main movie files all of them having same size and codec. This is the blu ray info
