Quick Payment processing and Key

Because this software is just that good, figure I would finally just buy myself a key, instead of waiting every beta month. Just to let others know if they are on the fence about buying, processing was a snap, and the turn around for a key was minutes.

I have experienced exactly the opposite. I purchased a key back on May 3, 2024. Order number 31338515. The payment was processed right away, but I still haven't received my key. If you have any ideas how to contact makemkv to get my key that I paid for, I would appreciated the advice.

Have you checked your spam folder? A lot of mail systems sort the email as "Spam", and hide it from you.

Typically, the message is received within an hour of processing, usually within minutes. But, sometimes, you have to contact the payment processor and ask. And the address support@makemkv.com can also work, but it's not instantaneous.

I remember some folk had to reach out to the payment processor either on website or support@payproglobal.com which was faster than makemkv support
