Extract Individual Video songs from Bollywood bluray

I have bollywood movie bluray. It has menus like "Play All video Songs" and "Play Individual video song by selecting".

I want to extract ONLY video songs. How to do it?

Those will often be alternate playlists that show up in MakeMKV when you open the disc.
