ripping ssif files into mvc mkv?
I am new to makeMKV, but does anyone know if the software support direct processing of ssif files or mpls files in addition to full 3d ISO?

SSIF files are not individual files - they are composed from separate M2TS files. MakeMKV always ignores SSIF files as it reads source M2TS directly. So yes, if you have BD files on disc, specifically MPLS,CLPI and M2TS files, then MakeMKV can open them. It can't open individual M2TS/SSIF without related CLPI (and MPLS in case of 3D).
