sorry, new here. What do we do with these? or are they for an update I have American Hustle and Butcher Baker Nightmare Maker with failed dumps. Please let me know.

1. Submit the .TGZ file to svq@makemkv.com to be processed. This is the critical part.
2. Check to see if others have submitted it. If not, post a topic where you give the name of the disk, and include the NAME of the file submitted. The file itself goes via email; this is just to let others know that it is "in process".
