Merging Video on one disc to audio of another

I've started a new project today. I bought the UHD version of Stranger Things and it comes with the BD versions as well. Netflix (or whoever distributes this), in their infinite wisdom includes Dolby TrueHD on the BD version but only DD 5.1 on the UHD versions. Has anyone been successful in merging the UHD video with the Dolby TrueHD audio for this show? If so, can you show us how it's done?

Is there a reason we need gmkvextractgui for audio extraction? Can't we use Makemkv and choose just the audio file we want?

I don't believe MakeMKV can do audio only... but I could be wrong. Anyway, it's just a convenient GUI for mkvextract utility (part of mkvtoolnix). YMMV

It turns out that since I had already ripped both the UHD and BD versions, I don't need to extract the audio I just needed to select the video and audio from each of the rips:

Oh, yeah. See what happens when one uses a tool a particular way long enough? One forgets there are other options. Glad it's working out for you.
