Makemkv files to open two of my 4K movies, it works perfectly with every DVD and FHD-DB that I have and many other 4K-DB's.
It just failes at Thor Ragnarok and Avangers Infinity war both 4K.

Did you send this file to svq@makemkv.com so that the volume key can be generated?

SOP for UHD discs reporting 'The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted' is to email specified dump file to svq@makemkv.com . DO NOT expect a direct response.

Assuming MakeMKV is allowed to 'contact web server for updates' (Preferences > General), the disc should decrypt within a week, typically less. Retry periodically.

Tryed to rip Thor Ragnarok again today and it worked.
