Goes back to start screen after starting encryption

Hi, this is my first post on the MakeMKV forums, so I'm very new here. I have a brand new UHD disc that I've tried in 2 different drives on my computer that have been able to successfully rip UHD discs before. This one disc, however, keeps going back to the start screen when I click the "Open blu ray disc" button. Weird! I'm not sure why this happens, or even if there is any solution other than just getting a different disc. I have attached a link to a video documenting my issue. If anyone has any explanation or solution or any information, I would greatly appreciate it!

Your video has the text all but invisible, so you cannot make out what is going on.
If you have debug logging turned on, please post the text from the status window, after you request the disk be loaded.

The back to the future trilogy isn't supported yet.
If you look at the log it says that the volume key for the disc is not known.
Try again after a few days when Mike hopefully will have the volume key added.
