I am still unable to do so. I am getting the same as in the first post as this thread. can anyone suggest a reason why this may be? Thanks in advance.

Can you copy & paste your MakeMKV log here?

Thank you for your replay. I used the workaround involving the download of FindVUK. That seems to have worked. May also have solved my Oppenheimer issue. If it would be helpful to others I can see if I can find the dump file and upload.
