"Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed." usually means something is blocking you from getting the update file. This is more and more common as anti-piracy people start blocking hosts.

Have you read hkdata.crabdance.com or hkdata.fairuse.org not found yet?

I've been digging around online and having looked at the forums of other 4K rippers/convertors, the two titles in question seem to be problematic.

It looks like everyone is having difficulties obtaining the decryption keys. Is it the same problem for you?
