I've just got from amazon my LG WH14NS40 with rom ver 1.03 and SVC Code NS50, it's possible to install UHD friendly firmware, in case which can you suggest me.

I successfully downgraded to 1.02 and now all work smoothly with makemkv, It's possible to backup entire full disc with menu with makemkv or other software. For playback the original uhd bluray disc with menu and powerdvd there is any chance with this firmware or have to buy official UHD drive, eventually wich would be good.

For UHD playback in PowerDVD you have to be SGX compliant.
What is SGX compliance? Google it and read. There are hundreds of articles and detailed information on this already or use the forum search function as this has also been discussed many times within this forum.
In short, you’re better off using something like JRiver or MPC-BE + MadVR for playback.
What is JRiver and MPC? Again, Google is your friend. There is a lot of information readily available on all this already.
