Looking for a portable, bus powered, UHD friendly drive

Post by nicholfd »

I'm looking for a USB, bus powered, UHD friendly portable drive.

I found this post:

There was no followup or discussion. Any recommendations from anyone?

Thanks,
Frank

Thanks - I'm only concerned with UHD/MakeMKV compatibility.

Make/model numbers, please?

Thanks,
Frank

Ps. I'm fine with managing any firmware changes required. I've managed it on some desktop drives...

Thanks,

The LG BP60NB10 might suit you. It is an official UHD drive that works with MakeMKV on firmware 1.00.
Cheers :D
