Pioneer XD08B

I have Pioneer XD08B, I can't rip uhd 4k with it. I am new, knows nothing about it. What can I do for it to work with uhd discs?
I don't think a Pioneer BDR-XD08B supports UHDs. I don't think that'll ever work for ripping UHDs.
Generally speaking, ripping UHDs with Pioneer drives only works on drives that support UHD. Furthermore, at the moment, recent Pioneer firmware disables support for MakeMKV.

If you can find a Pioneer drive that supports UHD and has old enough firmware, it can rip UHDs with MakeMKV. The sellers on this forum might have one in stock.
