Can't register purchase

I used the Beta evaluation app successfully up until a couple of weeks ago, when all the functions grayed out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. ABOUT says Freeware, Not Started, 4 days left in evaluation. I can't open discs or files.
Now I've purchased, but Help/Registration link in the app is grayed out so I can't add the license code to activate.
What can I do to fix it?
