Process for BH16NS40 (SVC NS50)

I have a LG BH16NS40 (SVC Code NS50 on the white sticker on the box). I would like to install the LibreDrive firmware from the mk-firmware-pack-20191206. I cannot seem to find anywhere to download the program to actually flash the firmware. Where can I get this software from?

Do I flash the file HL-DT-ST-BD-RE_BH16NS40-NS50-1.03-NM00000-211711201943? Will this be enough to enable ripping 4K discs with MakeMKV?
