In that case are there any other recommended slot drives? What Im planning would really benefit from a slot drive but I cant find any others on the market except for some bare slim SATA drives and im not sure if those would even work

That drive cannot currently have libredrive enabled as the firmware is too new. Your choices are to keep it and wait possibly several months (or even years) or return it if possible and get another drive. I would like to transform them in ISO to be able to read them with my nvidia shield by my HDD, because I no have at any another BR reader…
In fact, it doesn't read the disc, it doesn't even detect it. I no have anothers UHD disk… (In the package there are four discs). I'm doing something wrong?
