Error message with Avatar 2D/3D Disc

Hi I get an error message when trying to make an mkv of either or both the 2D and 3D Avatar from an iso I created from my original disc using AnyDVDHD.

Any pointers?

Re-rip your original Blu-ray disc using ONLY MakeMKV (No need to use either AnyDVDHD or similar)...
