makemkvcon - get ALL English audio?

What is the structure of the command (variables, really) that I need in order to rip ALL audio content in English on a disc? MakeMKV in general seems to not auto-select the ATMOS tracks, and I want them ripped. Having to rip each one with a GUI version instead of the CLI version simply because it has the ATMOS track is cumbersome.
Right now, I'm using "mkv" and "-r" as my only options since this is running as an automated process.
