Application version too old.

I have suddenly started to get an error when loading MakeMKV. The error suggests that the application is too old. To continue use it says download latest version. I have downloaded Version 1.14.7, but it keeps coming up with the same error message. Any advice??

It has been working flawlessly for the last 2/2 and a half weeks, but suddenly stopped and even after deleting the software and re-installing, I just cant get it to work.
