"Evaluation period has expired"

Post by cinemali »

Hello!

I keep getting the error "Evaluation period has expired" when I click the button to further inspect the bluray I inserted. (To get to the files' list and to rip them)

I tried installing the latest version of MakeMKV like suggested on the website, but it still doesn't work. I tried completely deleting the program, re-install it with its newest version (1.15.1) and I keep getting the same error about evaluation period...

Is there a more effective way to actually bypass that?
If I have to purchase a real key for the program valid for eternity I will gladly pay for it! unless it's like 100$?

My mac runs on macOS Mojave 10.14.6.

Thanks for the help!

Expiration of beta key is applicable. The Bluray features expire 30 days after you start using them, and then you have to re-enter the current beta key to reset the timer.

Oh, great. I wasn't aware of the existence of that.

I'll look further into it, then.

Thank you!
