it's have happen when I RIP DVD

I just update 1.17.5 version, currently when I RIP DVD the progarm just loading for while time and stop not working(Output size: it alway workinh on to 847.9mb and have stopped) ELASED/ REMAINING more and more up to times. anyone know what's happing?

It probably hit an unreadable spot. It should time out after a while, depending on how many retries you set it for. Sometimes, though, the read call never returns on some machines.
