Crashing during a backup and a stream

I have been trying to back up a BD and MakeMKV has been crashing (requiring a Force Quit) without any log messages, I believe it is crashing at the same place in the disk.
I also tried streaming the disk, and from VLC when it hits (I am guessing) the same spot in the disk MakeMKV crashed, but it did emit a message, which I took a screen shot of, and is attached.
FWIW I can skip from the beginning of that disk to an area past the problem and it works without a problem. I am guessing it is a problem with the disk, but I have had errors with disks before that have not caused MakeMKV to crash.
