Splitting long MKV into chapters using MKVToolsNix

My first ever NAS will be arriving on Saturday and I'm in the process of Ripping my Star Wars - Clone Wars Box Set (Season 1-5).

Unlike season 1, disc 1 of season 2 has all the episodes merged into a large MKV. Using MKVToolNix, I get an error when I tell it to "Split before chapter". How do I enter, the parameters correctly? I currently enter

5,[space] 9,[space] etc. The program says, there's an error, however, I can't seem to find a description.

Also, when ever I get my head around splitting the large MKVs, is there a way I can acurately define / make / mark new chapters in each episode? MKVToolNix only has: No chapters, one chapter for each file and chapters in fixed intervals.

Thanks,

This works, enter the chapters without space, f.e 5,9,14,22
The first split file contains chapter 1,2,3,4 the second split file chapter 5,6,7,8 and so on

Hi
I just found this nice tool today, since I need to split some MKV files.
The original MKV file contains chapters, but after cutting/splitting them, the new files does not contain any chapters. Thus chapters does not seem to be preserved.

Is there something I have missed, or is it simply not possible to preserve chapters with this tool?
This is a free tool, maybe it is possible to do so in the purchased version?

Thanks.

Just tested with MKVToolNIX. Works and the chapters are preserved.
