MKV version is in wrong language
MKV version is in wrong language
BluRay movie plays on DVD player in English. But the only MKV version I can make with MakeMKF is a version with dubbed-in Spanish. I’ve selected English as the language; and I’ve selected no subtitles. What else can I do to get an English MKV version?

What do you have set as your preferred language in Preferences->Language?
There are two settings - the first is the interface language, the second is the language you prefer MakeMKV to select, as far as audio and subtitle tracks. If the second is set to "None", MakeMKV will not set any preference as far as tracks selected.
