Streaming to Samsung

Hello,

I am using makemkv to rip dvd's to MKVs and streaming them to my Samsung 5500 blueray player via Samsung PC Share. I cant see how to
create chapters with makemkv. The MKVs play fine as long as I dont try to FF or skip forward. Here is a media info output.

If you run MKV file through mkvmerge without any changes, will the resulting file be seekable?
