Problem with DOVI scripts

I follow all istructions:
DoVi_Scripts 1.9.5.4.beta
TOOLS (missing EAE folder and dolby professional tools).rar ...create folder DOVI in C: and extract
https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-390/ ....install
https://avs-plus.net/ (64bit) ...install
https://www.videohelp.com/software/LAV-Filters ....install
https://www.videohelp.com/software/madVR ..tsMuxer-nightly enxtract on Dovi/tools
and i put dovi.dll in C:\Windows\System32
but when i drag and drop file mkv on windows command (admin) i receive always "imputs file not exist
PLS where i wrong
