Converting DVD Audio Disc Problem

MakeMKV ver 1.9.0 registered, running on Win 7 x64.
I have a DVD Audio disc that has the following streams:
Dolby Digital Stereo
Dolby Digital 5.1
DTS 5.1
All streams are 24 bit 96 MHz.
When I open the disc in MakeMKV it finds the DTS and DD Stereo streams, but not the DD 5.1. It also interprets the sampling rate as 48 kHz, not 96 kHz.
If I use DVD Audio Extractor it recognizes all three formats and the fact that the streams are 96 kHz, but I can only get FLAC format from them.
I don't really care about the missing DD 5.1 stream in MakeMKV, but how can I get it to recognize the proper sampling rate?
