Hello,
I was using the free version and had no problems, now I purchased the key and MKV is now only ripping the previews or starts the movie somewhere else other than the beginning. Also, after ripping and burning, the end product is only like 80mb. Can someone please let me know how to rip the entire DVD... I don't care if the previews are included.

Which DVDs? If they're from Lionsgate, you are probable experiencing "obfuscation", with multiple fake titles, and one real one. The fakes are constructed out of various scenes from the movie, played out of order.
