There are two films on the disc.
Title #3: Night Of The Spanish Fly (1976)
Title #5: Night Bird (1977)
When it processes it as "open disc" it fails to add title 5.
As far as I know Vinegar Syndrome doesn't do structure protection so I'm really not sure what it's on about but anything's possible I guess. (I haven't had trouble with any of their discs before, but that was DVDFab 11.)
