Debug Code 322122506

What does this mean? I just got it repeatedly when I inserted a disc, and it ended up giving up and declaring that there was actually no disc in the drive.

Ejected it, gave it a quick wipe and reinserted it, and it's working fine. Seems odd. There were no visible marks or fingerprints or scratches or anything like that.

Specific debug code meanings are something the author, Mike, can interpret, but I don't know of any listing available to others.
