DVD-Audio Discs (Specifically Grateful Dead's American Beauty)

I have not yet found a way to rip the AUDIO portion of ANY DVD-Audio disc. I thought this program would do it but it doesn't allow for ripping the audio portion either.

MK->V<-> (Video), Audio means MK->A<-, completely different processing and formats and data structures.
