DVD failed to copy

I think I have a bad disc but IDK for sure.

Im backing up a set of DVDs I purchased brand new. Discs 1 and 2 copied fine with Handbrake. Disc 3 however is giving me issues. It was recommended that I try MakeMKV. First thing that happens is I get this error: https://imgur.com/a/11Pj600

Again, these are new.
So I try and rip it and here are the logs for that:

And I tried to do manual mode, but I dont really see any instructions on how to find that mode. Is that something I have to pay for? Why does THIS disc do this? Older DVDS and the other two of this set are fine. And this seems to play just fine.

Definitely encountering read errors. Have you tried cleaning the disk?
