Great tool. First time I've had an issue. I didn't see anything similar in the forum, hence the post.
Trouble with Spy Game DVD. The movie has 22 chapters. However, MakeMKV creates a file with 24 chapters. Things are off starting with Chapter 2, which has an earlier start time in the .mkv file than on the DVD.
I'm running MakeMKV 1.8.6 on MacBook Pro, OSX 10.9.

Turns out there are two copies of the movie on the DVD, one with correct chapter counts and times and a second with incorrect information. For some reason, MakeMKV cannot see the first, correct movie on the DVD.
I had Handbrake directly access the DVD. It saw both versions of the movie. I did a quick four chapter encode and verified that the first title has correct info and the second has incorrect info.
Don't know why MakeMKV could not see the first title on the DVD, but I did get to the end goal - an encoded movie with correct chapter markers.
