Perhaps you could copy & paste your MakeMKV log into a post. That blu-ray seems to be from 2013. (https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-Emperors-New-Groove-and-Kronks-New-Groove-Blu-ray/63056/) It should just work. There's probably something else going on.
