Error - The Blind Side Blu-Ray

I was trying to use makemkv on my The Blind Side Blu-Ray

I have had 100% success with this program on all of my Blu-Rays, till I ran into this one.

It failed and below is the log

Hi!

1) Try cleaning the disc and then try creating a "movie-only" .MKV file again.

2) Have you tried using MakeMKV to do a FULL DISC backup?
