Is it possible to force MakeMKV to ignore AV sync issues on a case-by-case basis?

I was ripping the "Onwards" movie and got the following sync issues in the log:

AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:22:33.602 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.016ms
AV sync issue in stream 1 at 0:26:47.690 with duration of 1.666ms : 2 frame(s) dropped to reduce audio skew to -0.016ms

Is there a way to tell MakeMKV to not drop certain frames? I'm asking because in the very first case (at 0:03:18.240) the drop is actually audible, there's a "pop" in the audio track at this spot. It's not an issue in the other places so I wish there was a way to tell the app to ignore this particular sync issue.

It looks like you're getting this while ripping the blu-ray? What kind of audio track is stream 1 (e.g. TrueHD or DTS-MA)?

Yes, it's a 4K disc, I ripped multiple tracks - TrueHD + the DD core of the TrueHD track + the DTS-MA track. The pop happens only on the TrueHD track. I'll add this info to the other thread.
